Jeremy has a long history relationally with Friendship Church, going back to 1991 when a youth ministry team from Friendship was sent to his small rural church. Jeremy was a youth intern at Friendship in 1999 and his family recently joined as members in 2017. Friendship Church is a united group of believers committed to loving God and loving people, spending time in His Word, and relying on prayer and the Holy Spirit so that we might experience God, hear His voice and He might fulfill His work through us. Yoga 'Vinyasa Flow' Thursdays
Join Zoom Yoga Session 'Vinyasa Flow' on Thursday mornings from 7:00am – 8:00am.
Vinyasa is the term used to describe a specific sequence of poses commonly used. Students can expect to be challenged in this class. It consists of 30 minute sequence standing yoga posture, holding each pose for 4 to 5 breaths (45 seconds to 1 minute) and 15 minutes of floor word and postures with deep stretching. Yoga mat is needed for this class. Yoga blocks, pillows or bolsters suggested.
